Delete your account
Deleting your account is immediate and permanent. Here’s what’s removed, what’s kept, and how to do it.

01How to delete

Open Settings → Delete account
In the Danger zone on the web, or Settings on your phone.

Tell us why
Pick a reason — it helps us improve.
- 3
Confirm
Type DELETE and choose Delete my account.
02What’s deleted
- Your profile and photo.
- Your enrolments, progress, certificates and test results.
- Your doubts, answers and messages (one-to-one chats are removed entirely).
- Your practice, Arena scores, Dopamine, badges and streaks.
- Your support requests and notifications. Active monthly options are cancelled.
03Teachers and institutes
An account can’t be deleted while it has students with active paid access, money in the wallet, or a withdrawal in progress. Withdraw your balance first, or contact Support.
