Access, expiry and renewal

Most purchases last for a set number of days. Here’s how to see when yours ends and how to renew without losing progress.

01My Learning

My Learning lists every course and batch you’ve enrolled in, with your progress and when your access ends.

My Learning: your courses and batches with progress.
The Learning tab in the app.

02Before access ends

You get reminders 14 days, 7 days and 1 day before your access to a course ends.

03When access ends

  • The course moves to “Expired — renew to continue”.
  • Choose Renew access and pick an option. Your progress is kept, so you carry on where you left off.

04Monthly options

Cancel a monthly option from My Learning. You keep access until the end of the month you paid for.
