Your batches, their students and revenue.

01Create a batch

  1. 1

    Describe it

A name, the target exam, the level, a description and discovery keywords.

  2. 2

    Set the validity

3 months, 6 months, 1 year, 2 years — or a custom number of days.

  3. 3

    Add courses

Pick from your institute’s courses. Tests come bundled inside each course.

  4. 4

    Add a price

The price students pay for the batch. The minimum grows with the total video length of its courses.

  5. 5

    Publish

It appears on your storefront and in Discover → Batches.

02What needs to be ready to publish

  • Your institute is verified.
  • The batch has at least one course, and every course in it is published.
  • It has a price, at or above the minimum.

If something’s missing, the Publish button tells you what.

03Running a batch

ToolWhat it does
Group chatA two-way chat for everyone in the batch. Students join automatically.
AnnounceA one-way message to every student in the batch.
ContactYour phone, email or Telegram, shown on the batch page: “Questions before you join?”

04Keeping students safe

Once students have paid, some changes are locked so nobody loses what they bought:

  • A course can’t be removed from a batch that students have paid for.
  • A price plan students are paying through can’t be removed — and neither can the only plan of a live batch.
  • Archived batches move to the bottom of your list with an Archived label.

05Common questions

Can I give a discount on a batch?

Yes — create a coupon for it under Coupons. Students enter the code when they enrol.
